Group Fitness Classes


A typical class incorporates:

  • 5 minute warmup - get the body moving to prepare for exercise and prevent injury

  • 50 minutes exercises - a full variety of cardio and strength training exercises to help you get your sweat on!

  • 5 minute cooldown/stretch - it's important to stretch after working out.

Four time slots to choose from to work with your schedule. You may also mix and match them.

5:45am – 6:45am Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday

9:00am – 10:00am Tuesday/Thursday/Friday

3:30pm – 4:30pm Monday/Wednesday
(Closed July to mid-September)

6:15pm – 7:15pm Monday/Tuesday/Thursday

Drop-in Classes

FREE - First Drop-in Class

$15 - Regular Drop-in

$12.75 - Student/Senior Drop-in

Pay in person on arrival at the class.

Class Passes

$160 - 12 Passes (7 weeks to use it)

$285 - 24 Passes (14 weeks to use it)

$385 - 36 Passes (21 weeks to use it)

  • If you are a returning member of group fitness receive a 10% discount on all pass cards.

  • Pricing subject to GST.

  • Student ID Card required to get student rate

  • Senior rate applicable to 60 yrs or older
